We’re delighted to welcome Alaina Hartfield to the team at Dow as our new accounts assistant.
During her induction, Alaina spent a day in one of our Tipper trucks to see and experience what we do first-hand. We think it’s fair to say that she thoroughly enjoyed herself and learned a lot about the quality and standards we offer our Tipper hire customers across Scotland.
Alaina said, “My role at Dow is office based, so spending a day with Brian, in the Tipper truck allowed me to see the customer-facing side of the business and gain a detailed understanding of what it is we do at Dow Group and how we do it so well. It was an educational day. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the bigger picture and meeting other Dow team members. Everyone is so friendly.”
